Ora Goldman had a diverse work experience over the years. Starting in 1984, they worked as a Software Developer for the Mathematics Department at UCLA, where they developed enrollment software. From 1986 to 1988, Ora worked as a Consultant, providing information about UNIX and the internet to various departments at UCLA. In 1988, they became the Operations Manager of the School of Engineering computer facility, overseeing the operations of mainframe, mini, and micro-computers. In 1990, Ora founded Mekorma, a software development consulting company, and served as CEO. Under their leadership, Mekorma expanded and began creating custom software and offering packaged software add-on modules for companies using Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Ora Goldman graduated from UCLA in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Prior to attending UCLA, Ora attended UC Santa Barbara from 1979 to 1980. The degree obtained during this time is not specified.
