Arun Ashwathnarayan

Arun Ashwathnarayan has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering field. Arun started their career at CAMtek Solutions as a Design Engineer, where they utilized AutoCAD and SolidWorks to design mechanical parts and develop structural designs. Arun then worked at Tesco HSC as a Design Associate, where they made decisions on merchandising and fixture placement using CITRIX JDA software. Following this, Arun worked at Wayne State University as a Student Assistant, where they provided general office support and assistance to facility users. Arun then joined Marimba Auto LLC as a Quality Engineer, where they improved production efficiency, ensured ISO compliance, and acted as a customer liaison for product quality issues. Currently, Arun is serving as a Lead Design Engineer at MEKRA Lang GmbH & Co. KG, where they develop designs, conducts analytical studies, and proposes modifications to improve product quality, cost, and efficiency.

Arun Ashwathnarayan completed a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 2007 and 2011. Arun's education journey began at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya from 2000 to 2006, where they studied Geology/Earth Science.
