Vivienne Han

Vivienne HAN has a work experience that includes roles at Melaleuca:The Wellness Company, Herbalife, and Shanghai Hui Ye Law Firm. Vivienne started their career as a Paralegal and Apprentice Lawyer at Shanghai Hui Ye Law Firm in February 2006 and worked there until January 2009. During this time, they assisted attorneys with drafting legal documents and conducting preliminary contract reviews. Vivienne then joined Herbalife in February 2009 as a Legal Manager, where they managed legal matters and supported the company's fast-growing business in China. Vivienne'sresponsibilities included external communication, crisis management, license and permit application, products development and registration, and compliance program implementation. Vivienne left Herbalife in August 2015 and joined Melaleuca:The Wellness Company as the VP of legal and compliance in August 2015, where they currently work.

Vivienne HAN has a diverse education history. In 2002 to 2009, they attended East China University of Political Science and Law, where they obtained a Master of Law (LL.M.) and Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degrees, with a focus on Civil and Commercial Law. Later, in 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance Management from Case Western Reserve University, specializing in Finance, General. Additionally, during the same period, they also completed an MBA in Industrial Administration from Tongji University, with a field of study in Business Management. Vivienne holds a certification in Chinese Lawyer Qualification from the Ministry of Justice in China.
