Kerrie White has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations. Kerrie began their career in 1997 as a Senior Worker at Quantum Support Services, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, they joined the Department of Justice and Regulation, Victoria as a team leader, implementing the Court Integrated Services Program.

In 2007, Kerrie moved to the Department of Health & Human Services, Victoria, where they held managerial positions, overseeing community development projects, government-funded programs, and community-driven initiatives. Kerrie also led the Indigenous Family Violence 10 Year Plan.

Kerrie joined The Salvation Army Australia in 2013 as a Client Services Manager in Nauru for Humanitarian Mission Services. In 2014, Kerrie became an Area Manager at the E.W. Tipping Foundation, responsible for the East and South Victoria Disability region.

In 2016, they transitioned to Mind Australia Limited as an Area Manager in Gippsland, providing strategic direction and leadership in the region. From 2017 to 2019, Kerrie worked at the Gippsland Centre Against Sexual Assault as a Clinical Manager and interim CEO, managing trauma-informed therapeutic services and introducing fee-for-service programs, including an Equine Assisted Therapy Program.

Currently, Kerrie works as the Chief Business Lead at Melba Support Services, a role they assumed in February 2023. Kerrie is also the General Manager for Outcomes in Gippsland, further demonstrating their extensive leadership and management abilities.

Kerrie White's education history begins in 2000 when they enrolled at Swinburne University of Technology. Kerrie pursued an Advanced Diploma in Business Management Health and Human Services, focusing on Family and Community Services. During the same period, they also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Community Services Management, specializing in Community Health Services, Liaison, and Counseling. In addition, they completed an Advanced Diploma in Health and Human Services Management, although the specific field of study is not specified.

In 2010, Kerrie White pursued a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management at Flinders University. Kerrie later attended the Australian Childhood Foundation from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Developmental Trauma.
