Henry Chao

Henry Chao has a strong background in strategic marketing and sales in the resort and entertainment industry. Henry began their career at The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel as an Analyst in Strategic Marketing before being promoted to Senior Analyst. In 2010, they joined Melco Resorts & Entertainment, where they progressed through various roles, including Assistant Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing. Henry then shifted their focus to system strategy and analytics, serving as the Director of Incentive & System and Strategy & Analytics. Most recently, they have been leading the Casino Sales, Marketing, and Operations as the Director.

Henry Chao obtained a Bachelor's degree in Gaming Management from the University of Macau, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
