Mark Agrasut has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mark has held various roles in different companies, primarily in the legal field. Mark began their career as a Trainee Solicitor at Linklaters in 2002, eventually progressing to become a Solicitor and then an Associate. Mark worked on a range of legal matters, including energy and infrastructure finance, project development, M&A, and investments.
In 2005, Mark joined Barclays Investment Bank as a Legal Counsel, focusing on projects, energy, and infrastructure. Mark then spent a brief period at Credit Suisse as a Legal Advisor before transitioning to China Light & Power as a Legal Counsel for group transactions.
In 2010, Mark joined Melco Resorts & Entertainment, where they took on various roles, including Vice President - Corporate, Finance & Development Counsel, and Vice President, Group General Managing Counsel. Mark eventually became Senior Vice President - Group Managing General Counsel. Mark worked in this role until 2023.
During their time at Melco Resorts & Entertainment, Mark also took on additional responsibilities. In 2020, they became the Representative Director for Okushiga Kogen KK - Okushiga Kogen Ski Resort. Mark also served as a Director at Dais Energy Ventures starting in 2023.

Mark Agrasut completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Law & Chinese from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London in 2000. Mark then pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Law at the University of London from 2000 to 2001.
