Dale Sanders has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dale worked as the CEO/President of Melco International LLC from October 2016 onwards. In January 2020, they became the CEO of Oklahoma Embroidery Supply & Design (OESD). Prior to these roles, Dale served as the Vice President/GM of Briggs & Stratton, where they were responsible for leading global strategic development, operational performance, and financial execution of the Allmand Brothers acquisition. Dale also held the position of Sr. Director International Sales/Operations at Briggs & Stratton, where they focused on creating and executing strategic plans for acquisitions and improving operations in various regions outside the USA and Canada. Dale's tenure at Briggs & Stratton lasted from 1986 to 2016.
Dale Sanders pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, which they earned from 1982 to 1986.
