Andrea Barbi Actis has a diverse work experience in marketing, sales, and event management. Andrea started their career at IBEVENTS, where they worked as an Asesora de eventos from September 2011 to February 2012. Andrea then joined Dragon Trail Interactive as a Business Development Manager from December 2013 to March 2017. Andrea later moved to Meliá Hotels International, where they held various roles including Marketing & PR Manager for Asia Pacific from March 2017 to January 2020, Head of Digital Sales & Marketing SEA from January 2019 to January 2020, Head of Ecommerce APAC from January 2020 to May 2021, and currently serves as the Head of Marketing APAC, Middle East & Africa from May 2021.
Andrea Barbi Actis completed a Curso intensivo de la lengua y cultura china at Beijing Jiaotong University in 2012-2013. From 2007 to 2012, they obtained a Licenciada en Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas degree at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Lastly, they studied Communication and Media Studies as their major in Advertising & Public Relations at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
