Marcos Campins has a strong background in brand development and marketing within the hospitality industry. Marcos started their career as a Junior Account Executive at Grupo Clave in 2006, followed by a role as an Account Executive at Pisto 68 Communication. In 2008, they joined London Hilton on Park Lane as a Marketing Coordinator, where they managed various marketing activities and collaborated with PR agencies. From 2010 to 2013, Marcos served as a Marketing and PR Manager at Hilton London Metropole, where they developed and executed marketing and PR plans. In 2013, they joined Meliá Hotels International as the Marketing Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, overseeing the development and execution of the annual marketing plan. Marcos was later promoted to Brand Experience Director, responsible for delivering the brand promise across the region. Since 2021, Marcos has been serving as the Head of Brands Development at Meliá Hotels & Resorts, where they lead a team focused on defining and evolving the strategy of premium brands in the portfolio.
Marcos Campins attended the London School of Marketing from 2012 to 2013, earning a DipM, CIM Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing. In 2007, they participated in seminars at ESIC Business & Marketing School, focusing on Presentation Skills and Emotional Intelligence. Marcos also completed a postgraduate program in Account Management at Universidad CEU San Pablo from 2006 to 2007. Their undergraduate degree in Advertising and Public Relations was obtained from Universitat Abat Oliba CEU, which they attended from 2003 to 2006.
