Molly Deiss has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. Molly is currently the Vice President of Marketing at Melinta Therapeutics since 2021. Prior to that, Molly worked as a Life Sciences Commercial Consultant specializing in new product launch strategy and execution, marketing leadership, and commercial assessment of clinical stage assets from 2020 to 2021. Molly also held various leadership positions at Allergan, including Executive Director and Head of Consumer Experience, Executive Director of Women's Healthcare, and Senior Director of the Respiratory Franchise. Before Allergan, Molly worked at Forest Laboratories as Senior Director of Tudorza Pressair and Product Director of Tudorza Pressair. Molly began their career at Sanofi Aventis as a Senior Marketing Manager for Plavix and held other product management roles. Molly also worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Product Manager and Marketing Manager.
Molly Deiss has a Doctor of Pharmacy degree with a specialization in Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University. Molly also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business.
