Casely Coleman

Casely Ato Coleman is an experienced professional in Human Resources and Organizational Development, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at The Meliore Foundation, where responsibilities include leading the Global People & Culture Function and collaborating with the Leadership Team on HR strategies. With a distinguished career dating back to 2007, Coleman has also been a Visiting Professor of HR at Groupe ISM, and previously held key roles such as People & Culture Director at the European Climate Foundation and various consultancy positions with organizations including UNFPA, OSIWA, and Oxfam International. An academic contributor, Coleman has lectured at the University of Ghana Business School and possesses advanced degrees in Industrial Relations, Public Administration, and Political Science, demonstrating a strong foundation in organizational theory and HR management.
