Martha Ferrante

Martha Ferrante, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources and payroll management. Martha currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards at Melissa & Doug, LLC since August 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of Payroll & Benefits at vineyard vines from June 2019 to July 2020. Martha also worked at SI Group as the Director of HRIS & Payroll from November 2018 to June 2019 and as the Corporate Director of Human Resources from July 2017 to November 2018. Before SI Group, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Cotiviti from March 2009 to June 2017. Martha has also worked as the Director of Human Resources at CTM Media Group from January 2007 to February 2009 and at Complinet as an HR Advisor from March 2005 to June 2006. In addition, they have had previous roles as the Director of Human Resources at CTM Media Group from December 2002 to October 2003, HR Manager at Softchoice from 1998 to 2002, and HR Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 1993 to 1998.

Martha Ferrante, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Relations from the University of Connecticut. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In September 2008, Martha obtained their SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. More recently, in July 2018, they obtained certifications in Organizational Culture, Stepping Up to Leadership, and Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn.
