Chris Phelps

Chris Phelps serves as the Director of Marketing and Sales at Automated Utility Billing since July 2020, while also working as a Teacher/Coach at MELISSA ISD since July 2018. Chris Phelps holds a degree in Health and Wellness, Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, earned between 2014 and 2017. Additional educational background includes attendance at Collin College in 2014 and graduation from Little Elm High School in 2013.
