Kate Minner has extensive work experience in marketing and leadership roles. Kate is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Grendene Global Brands since January 2022. Kate began their career at L'Oreal, where they held various marketing roles, including Manager of Marketing and Professional Products Division Merchandising from September 2007 to October 2010. Kate also worked as the Manager of Media & Event Marketing from February 2006 to September 2007, and as the Manager of Event Planning from December 2003 to January 2006. At L'Oreal, they developed marketing strategies, executed events, managed budgets, and implemented project management initiatives.

Before joining L'Oreal, Kate worked at IntraMed Education Group as a Senior Meeting Planner from January 2001 to December 2003. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating meetings, negotiating contracts, and managing budgets for a variety of events in the pharmaceutical industry.
