Steven Vella has an extensive background in IT, starting as a Test and Service Engineer at JAOTech in 2008. Steven later worked with various companies such as Toly Products and Malta Information Technology Agency in IT roles before transitioning to more senior positions at Dragonara Gaming Ltd., Eferton Group, NetEnt, and finally Melita Ltd. Their experience includes system infrastructure tasks, IT service management using ITIL best practices, troubleshooting user and IT problems, server installation and maintenance, network infrastructure management, and more. Steven also pursued further education in Project Management and Computer Studies to enhance their skills in the field.
