Gustavo Pavão

Gustavo Pavão has extensive work experience in financial planning and analysis roles. Gustavo started their career at Avianca Brasil in 2013, where they worked as an Airport Agent for two years before becoming an Airport Leader. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Jr. Pricing Analyst and held this position until 2019. Following this, they worked at Grupo ZAP as a Pl. Financial Planning Analyst for six months. In 2019, they joined Alelo Brasil as a Sr. Pricing Analyst and later moved to Rede Globo, where they worked as a Sr. Financial Planning Analyst from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Sr. Financial Planning Analyst at Méliuz.

Gustavo Pavão has a diverse educational background. Gustavo obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Gestão Empresarial from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, graduating in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a pós-graduação (post-graduate) program in Administração de Empresas at the same institution, from 2014 to 2015.

Before pursuing their post-graduate studies, Gustavo earned a Bachelor's degree in Aviação Civil (Civil Aviation) from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they hold a diploma in Informática (Computer Science) from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo - IFSP, which they obtained in 2010 after completing a one-year course.

In addition to their formal education, Gustavo Pavão has also obtained several certifications that enhance their skills and knowledge. Gustavo completed a course in Modelagem Financeira e Valuation at FK Partners in January 2022, furthering their expertise in financial modeling. In May 2021, they obtained a certification in SQL Básico from Curso em Video, demonstrating their proficiency in SQL. Gustavo also completed a course called Chora PPT at Perestroika in April 2021, enhancing their presentation design skills. Additionally, they gained competence in Power BI through a certification from Data Science Academy in March 2021. Gustavo further expanded their skill set by completing a course in Metodologia Ágil at Globo in December 2020.

Furthermore, they have acquired a certification in Cost and Economics in Pricing Strategy from the University of Virginia in January 2018, showcasing their understanding of pricing strategies. Prior to that, in January 2018, they obtained a certification in Excel Avançado (Advanced Excel) from Fundação Bradesco, demonstrating their proficiency in Excel. To round out their skill set, they achieved a White Belt certification from Escola EDTI in December 2017.
