Nayara Souza

Nayara Souza has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nayara began their career at Atento as a customer services attendant and later became a supervisor, leading a team of over 20 collaborators. In this role, they developed crucial skills in leadership, negotiation, teamwork, and communication.

Following their time at Atento, Nayara worked at GE as an IT Business Analyst and Product Owner. Nayara was responsible for translating and aligning customer requirements to the Scrum team, managing the product backlog, and maximizing business value. During their tenure, they also worked as a Business Analyst, handling software requirement documentation, managing project activities, executing tests, and providing training.

Continuing their growth in the field of product management, Nayara joined Avenue Code as a Product Owner. Here, they identified, prioritized, and managed user stories on the product backlog, contributing to strategy definition and value delivery for digital products. Nayara actively practiced Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Lean Startup, Kanban, and Design Sprint.

Nayara's entrepreneurial spirit led their to co-found Blomia, a fintech startup. As a Product Manager and Co-founder, they engaged in conceptual and strategic business definitions, product development, go-to-market strategies, pricing, target audience identification, and integration with suppliers and partners. Nayara also gained experience in startup acceleration programs, funding rounds, and launching a mobile product version.

Currently, Nayara works at Méliuz as a Growth Product Manager, focusing on product growth strategies. Nayara leverages their expertise in digital product leadership, utilizing their skills and knowledge to drive the success of the company.

Nayara Souza has a diverse education history. Nayara attended Tera in 2021, where they pursued a degree in Data Analytics with a focus on Product Management. In the previous year, 2020, Nayara attended How Bootcamps and completed a program in UX Design, specializing in Design de Serviços. Between 2018 and 2019, they enrolled in Cursos PM3 for Professional Education and pursued a degree in Product Management.
