Elizabeta Mircheska Shikleska is a skilled BI and Data Engineer with extensive experience in data analytics and reporting. Currently employed at Kin + Carta since August 2022, Elizabeta focuses on business intelligence solutions. Prior experience includes a role as BI and Data Analyst at Singular from July 2020 to August 2022, where Elizabeta provided both standardized and ad-hoc reporting solutions, improved internal SLA reporting, and analyzed large volumes of customer interaction data. Previously, Elizabeta worked as a Senior Business Intelligence Specialist at A1 Makedonija from October 2010 to July 2020, delivering various reports and analyses to support decision-making and revenue growth while collaborating with multiple departments.
