Thomas Cresswell is currently the Chief Business Officer at Melt&Marble and the CEO and Founder at Pachaea. From 2020 to the present, they have been a Mentor for the Farm to Fork Accelerator at Techstars. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Strategy Lead at Cargill Ventures and had Corporate Strategy & Development roles at Cargill. From 2013 to 2018, they were an Engagement Manager at Strategy&, part of the PwC network. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Global Investment Banking Summer Analyst at RBC Capital Markets.

Thomas Cresswell attended The University of Manchester from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a BSc (Hons) International Management in the fields of Business, Economics, Finance, Operations Management, Strategy, and Marketing. From 2011 to 2012, they also attended Singapore Management University, where they obtained a BSc (Hons) International Management in the fields of Mergers & Acquisitions, Investment Banking, Finance, Operations Management, and Strategy.
