Complementing a robust professional background, Niharica possesses educational qualifications including an Executive Leadership Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, an MBA in Human Resources Management from the International Management Institute, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from Bhilai Institute of Technology.
