Thuy Hoang is a Customer Success Manager at Meltwater since November 2023. Previously, Thuy served as a Consultant for Digital Tech & Media at Robert Walters from 2021 to November 2023, focusing on head hunting and recruitment consulting in e-commerce, mobile apps, and gaming. In 2020 to 2021, Thuy worked as an Information Technology Sales Consultant at NTQ Japan JSC, handling sales across various projects and digital platforms. Thuy began a career in media as a Radio Announcer for NHK WORLD JAPAN from April 2019 to March 2020, delivering news and entertainment content. Earlier, Thuy worked as a Japanese Teacher at MPKEN, developing an entrance test course for foreign students, and as a Video Producer at the Japanese Language Center Nihongonomori. Thuy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Waseda University, graduated in 2020.
