Scott Mackie

Scott Mackie is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing innovative platforms and technologies. As the Founding Software Engineer at Mem Labs since November 2020, Scott is spearheading the creation of a world-class note editor that integrates AI. Prior to this, Scott served as a Senior Software Engineer at Instacart, leading the team behind the Retailer Partner Platform. Scott also contributed significantly at Wealthsimple by directing the development of a customer management platform and played a vital role at Evernote in building the Common Editor across multiple platforms. Earlier in the career, Scott focused on automation testing at Street Contxt. Scott's technical expertise spans TypeScript, React, Ruby on Rails, and several other technologies. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western University.
