John Monterosso

John Monterosso has over 15 years of work experience in the IT industry. John began their career in 2006 as an IT Assistant at Ateeco, Inc before moving on to work as an IT Consultant at Copycat Business Systems, Inc. In 2011, they joined Hidden River Credit Union as an IT Coordinator, where they worked for five years. Since 2016, John has been employed at Members 1st Federal Credit Union, starting as an IT Analyst and eventually being promoted to System Analyst Team Lead in 2019.

John Monterosso has a background in Information Technology. John obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Information Technology from the McCann School of Business and Technology in 2004-2005. In 2008-2009, they attended the University of Phoenix, where they studied IT Security. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, such as "How to Be an Adaptable Employee during Change and Uncertainty," "Communicating with Emotional Intelligence," "Improving Your Conflict Competence," and "Having Career Conversations with Your Team," all from LinkedIn.
