Steve Glonchak, MBA, CCE has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Steve first worked at Wells Fargo as a Branch Sales Manager from 2005 to 2010, where they managed daily branch operations, business development, and ensured compliance with regulations. Steve then joined Members Cooperative Credit Union in 2010 as a Branch Operations Manager, supervising the Cloquet branch and implementing sales strategies. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing credit policies and practices, as well as creating new lending products. Steve Glonchak has a strong background in managing teams and achieving sales objectives.

Steve Glonchak holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The College of St. Scholastica. Steve also obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Superior. In addition, they completed the DDJ Myers Executive Learning Program and the NAFCU Management & Leadership Institute.
