Call Center Shift Manager at MEMO Global

Leroy Mesika began their work experience in 2016 with a military service in the IDF - Israel Defence Forces which lasted until 2019. In 2019, they joined MEMO Global where they started as an Account Manager, making outgoing calls to potential clients and developing sales techniques. Leroy then advanced to the role of Senior Account Manager, where they managed two English-speaking teams and provided assistance to representatives in making sales. After that, Leroy served as a Call Center Shift Manager, overseeing operations in an international sales call center and analyzing work to create more opportunities. In 2023, they became the Assistant to the Head Of Department before assuming their current role as the Sales Call Center Director at MEMO Global.

Leroy Mesika attended Aviv High School from 2013 to 2016 and successfully obtained a High School Diploma. Leroy focused their studies on the field of Business/Commerce during their time at the school.
