Cian Traynor has been working in the media industry since 2008. In 2010, they began working as a Features Writer for The Irish Times, where they wrote across every section of the newspaper. In 2009, they were an Assistant Editor for The Stool Pigeon, where they played an integral role in building the magazine into an award-winning publication. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at TCO London as Acting Editor and Deputy Editor for Huck magazine, where they established an editorial strategy that generated online audience growth of 560%. Since 2019, they have been working at Memo'd as Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, Commissioning editor, Creator manager, Content strategy, and UX optimization. Additionally, they are a Senior Editor for Memo'd, a note-sharing app.
Cian Traynor has a Bachelor's Degree in English and Philosophy from University College Dublin, a Master's Degree in English from University College Dublin, and a Magazine Journalism Degree from City, University of London. Additionally, Cian has obtained a Certified Product Manager (CPM) certification from General Assembly in March 2022.
