Gabriel Decaran-Voigt is currently working at Memorial Healthcare System as the Change Management Lead for the DIO-IT Business Applications Operations. Prior to this role, Gabriel has had extensive experience in various leadership positions in companies such as Independent Consultant, Holland & Knight LLP, Nicklaus Children's Health System, University of Miami, Rasco Klock Perez Nieto, and Steel Hector & Davis LLP. Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Barry University and an Executive MBA in Management and Healthcare Management & Public Policy from the University of Miami.
