Natshley Lafortune, MSHRM, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Memorial Healthcare System, where employment has spanned from November 2019 to the present. Prior roles at Memorial include Senior Corporate Recruiter and Corporate Recruiter. Before joining Memorial, Natshley worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at Baptist Health South Florida from December 2017 to November 2019 and as a Physician Recruiter at Hayes Locums from April 2017 to October 2017. Additionally, Natshley gained experience as an Education Coordinator at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions from June 2016 to April 2017.
