Richard Holcomb

Richard Holcomb, CCP, currently serves as Vice President and Administrative Director of Total Rewards at Memorial Healthcare System, a position held since June 2017. In this role, Richard Holcomb drives organizational strategy by developing and executing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Compensation at Mission Health and various positions in compensation management at Duke University and SAS Institute, as well as human resources management at the Center for Creative Leadership and LexisNexis. Richard Holcomb holds a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and has pursued graduate studies in Psychology at Old Dominion University, along with additional training through WorldatWork courses.
