Mugire Ayci M.ed.

Mugire Ayci M.Ed. SHRM-SCP is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Executive Director at Memphis School of Excellence since June 2021. Prior to this role, Mugire held various positions at Harmony Public Schools in Texas from July 2014 to June 2021, including Principal, Curriculum Director for Science (grades 6-8), Gifted and Talented Education Director, and District Instructional Coach. Mugire began a career in education as a Science Teacher at Harmony Public Schools and later at the School of Science and Technology from June 2010 to June 2014, where also served as Department Head. Academically, Mugire has earned a Master of Education from the University of Texas at Tyler, a Bachelor of Education from Marmara University, and has completed several leadership certifications, including the National Principals Academy Fellowship and the Superintendent Certification Program.
