Miroslav Kokeš

Miroslav Kokeš has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Miroslav started their career in 2014 as a Ticket Taker and Cashier at Cedar Point Amusement Park. In the same year, they also worked as a Tlumočník at TIFO - Translation and Interpreting Forum Olomouc, Arcidiecézní muzeum, and Mgr. Hana Havlíčková, Soudní překlady a tlumočení v anglickém jazyce, providing consecutive interpretation services.

From 2014 to 2018, Miroslav worked as a Translator for a freelance translating company, and also as a Translation Project Manager in the Localization Department at Aspena - Translation, Interpreting, Localization. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Team Leader at Cedar Point Amusement Park.

In 2018, Miroslav joined STAR Czech s.r.o. as a Localization Project Manager for a short period. Miroslav then transitioned to the software industry and became a part of Phrase in 2018. At Phrase, they held various roles, including Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Technical Support.

Miroslav Kokeš has the following education history:

- From 2010 to 2013, they studied at Palacký University in Olomouc and obtained a Bc. degree in English with a focus on applied economics.

- In 2013, they continued their studies at Palacký University in Olomouc, specializing in English with a focus on interpretation and translation.

- In 2015, they attended Tallinn University, studying at the Institute of Germanic-Romance Languages and Cultures.

- Prior to their university studies, from 2005 to 2009, they completed their secondary education at Obchodní akademie ve Frýdku-Místku, obtaining their Maturita degree in the field of Commerce.

- Additionally, Miroslav Kokeš has obtained several certifications, including a State Language Exam in English from Státní jazyková škola Brno, a Basic State Language Exam in English from Státní jazyková škola Frýdek-Místek, and a State Exam in Typing from Obchodní akademie Frýdek-Místek.
