Rand Rousan has accumulated diverse experience in the engineering and customer success sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Success Advocate and Customer Renewal Associate at Menaitech since September 2022, Rand previously worked as an Electrical Site Engineer at Arab Business Company from December 2019 to February 2022. Rand's career began with a trainee position at Hiba-Engineering Est. from November 2016 to May 2017. Rand Rousan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Power Engineering from Al-Balqa’ Applied University, completed in 2016.
