Greg Holmes

Greg Holmes has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2001, they worked at Philips Healthcare, where they managed software development, served as a customer advocate, and led implementation projects for Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS). Greg successfully implemented PACS systems for large healthcare organizations across multiple locations.

In 2012, Holmes joined M*Modal as a Senior Implementation Project Manager and later became a Product Owner. Greg played a crucial role in gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements for the Federated Worklist, which supported geographically distributed radiology models. From 2017 to 2020, Holmes served as the Director of Implementation at Viz.ai, where they performed first-of-its-kind implementations for FDA-approved SaaS medical devices. Greg developed standard processes for installation and record management to comply with FDA and quality system requirements, as well as HIPAA regulations. Additionally, they built and managed a team to install on-premise and cloud components for over 300 US hospitals.

Most recently, Holmes joined Arterys in 2020 as the Director of Implementation and Customer Success. In this role, they were responsible for implementing and ensuring customer success for the company's products. Greg played a key role in managing implementation projects and fostering customer relationships.
