Vojtěch Adam

Vojtěch Adam is an accomplished academic and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the fields of chemistry and biochemistry. Currently serving as the Head of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Mendel University in Brno since 2007, Vojtěch Adam oversees over 100 employees while fostering collaboration and driving curriculum development. In addition to a professorial role at the Faculty of AgriSciences, Vojtěch Adam has held positions as a senior researcher at CEITEC and co-founded NANTEO and Lightly Technologies, emphasizing strategic growth, fundraising, and the development of advanced technologies. Vojtěch Adam holds multiple degrees from Masaryk University, including a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biology.
