Jackeline Montilla

Jackeline Montilla is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Director of HR at Méndez & Co., Inc. since May 2008, Jackeline oversees a six-member HR team and is responsible for benefits administration, collective bargaining agreements, compensation, labor relations, strategic planning, and organizational development. Prior to this role, Jackeline was the HR Manager at PepsiAmericas from December 2003 to March 2007, where management of the HR department for 600 employees was a key responsibility. Jackeline holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Western New England University.
