Arjan Blok

Arjan Blok is a Lead Test Engineer at Mendix since October 2014, where responsibilities include assisting R&D teams with test-related challenges and guiding the definition of test strategies. Previously, Arjan served as a Senior Test Engineer at Mendix, contributing to the development of Mendix Studio using NodeJS, React, and TypeScript. Prior to Mendix, experience includes working as a Test Tool Engineer at PerformanceArchitecten, where a test automation framework was implemented, and as a Test Tool Engineer at Sogeti, developing automation frameworks across various application types. Arjan began a career as a functional tester at Sogeti, focusing on manual test creation and execution. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Telematics) from De Haagse Hogeschool and VWO from Sint Maartens College te Voorburg.
