Christina L. serves as the APAC Talent Acquisition Lead for Mendix, a Siemens Digital Industries Software business, since December 2020, focusing on Go-To-Market recruitment in the APJ region. In addition to this role, Christina holds responsibilities in talent acquisition and HR business partnering at Siemens Digital Industries Software. Previous experience includes positions as an ASEAN Technical Sourcing Recruiter at Amazon Web Services and Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Lazada (Alibaba Group), along with an Assistant Director role at EY, where talent acquisition strategies were developed for the Asia-Pacific and ASEAN regions. Christina’s career began at ITCAN Pte Ltd, advancing from a recruiter to Vice President of Regional Business Development. Additional roles include recruitment positions at Accenture and Volt, along with consultancy work at EPS Computer System Sdn. Bhd. Christina holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and is currently pursuing further education at the National University of Singapore.
