Michelle Tran

Michelle Tran serves as a Sr. Global People & Culture Partner at Mendix since March 2019, providing strategic HR support to the CMO and CFO. In this role, Michelle aligns People & Culture strategies with business goals, facilitates talent management programs, and guides employee relations matters. Prior experience includes consultancy during Mendix's acquisition by Siemens, as well as roles at iboss, Dell Technologies, and International Data Group, where expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational change management was developed. Michelle holds an MBA with a focus on Human Resources and a BA in Marketing, both from Assumption University.
