Paul Elizondo

Paul Elizondo is a distinguished finance professional currently serving as Managing Director, Founder, and CEO of P2 Corporate Finance, LLC, an independent investment bank based in Atlanta, Georgia, since August 2021. Elizondo is also involved as an Advisory Board Member and Investor at Khelp, and as an Investor in FiVerity, KALYP Technologies, and other ventures, focusing on emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and digital asset management. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Truist Securities and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, with a strong background in corporate and investment banking, particularly in utilities, power, and energy sectors. Elizondo holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Davidson College and has completed executive education in Economics of Blockchain and Digital Assets at Wharton.
