Following this, Julie enrolled at Azusa Pacific University once again and earned a second Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from 2006 to 2008. In 2013, they attended the ACSA Special Education Academy for Special Education Administration Certification, completing their studies in 2014. Lastly, Julie successfully obtained a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne, where they studied from 2014 to 2017.
