Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Menlo Park Fire Protection District is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the District. This team formulates policies, manages budgets, and addresses staff-related issues while ensuring the delivery of high-quality fire protection and emergency medical services to the community. Additionally, they provide critical oversight for the California Task Force Three (CA-TF3) Urban Search and Rescue Team, ensuring preparedness for large-scale emergencies both locally and nationally.
