Jon Johnston

Jon Johnston has been with Menlo Park Fire Protection District since July 2000, where Jon currently holds the position of Fire Marshal/Division Chief. Jon manages community development of complex buildings in compliance with CA Fire Code and has received recognition for excellence in managing and reporting CA State mandated annual inspections. In addition to their role at Menlo Park, Jon also served as President of San Mateo County Fire Prevention Officers from January 2012 to December 2016 and as a board member for Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation from January 2010 to December 2011. Prior to their current position, Jon worked as an Administrative Assistant at Pepperdine University from 1991 to 2000.
