Regina Nyakinyua

Regina Nyakinyua has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Regina most recently worked at MEDA (Mennonite Economic Development Associates) as a Technical Specialist, focusing on impact investment strategy and impact technical areas. In this role, they provided support for program/project design, development, implementation, and measurement. Regina also contributed to business development and knowledge mobilization.

Prior to their role at MEDA, Regina worked at Adam Smith International as an Investment Manager in the Economic Development Portfolio of the Somalia Stability Fund. Regina was responsible for managing investments to support economic development in Somalia.

Before that, Regina had a long tenure at TechnoServe, where they held various positions. Regina served as a Senior Business Advisor for the MVISA Program and the Agribusiness Development Program. Regina also worked as a Business Advisor in the Kenya Dairy Sector and as a Consultant for the Young Women In Enterprise Program.

Regina's earlier work experience includes roles at Kenya Women Finance Trust, where they worked as a Branch Unit Manager, a Business Development Officer for women-owned SMEs in rural Kenya, and a Credit Officer for the same sector.
