Rob Lester

Senior Director Of Public Programs at Men's Health Foundation

Rob Lester has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Rob began their career as an Intern at the League of Women Voters of Pulaski County and gained experience in policy analysis and event coordination. Rob then interned as a Health Policy Intern at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, where they worked on health policy projects.

Rob later worked as a Policy Consultant at Rob Lester Consulting, where they provided policy consulting services. Rob then joined Friends Research Institute, Inc. as the Director of Programs at the Friends Community Center, managing program development and implementation.

After that, Rob worked at the JWCH Institute as a Senior Grant Writer, where they successfully managed the development and implementation of numerous grants.

Currently, Rob is working at the Men's Health Foundation. Rob started as the Director of Public Programs and later served as the Director of Care Services. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sexual Health, leading program design and grant development. Rob successfully grew the Rapid Results program, which provides HIV and STI testing and treatment, and has served a significant number of patients in West Hollywood and South LA.

Throughout their career, Rob has shown a strong passion for health and community services, excelling in program development, grant writing, and policy consulting.

Rob Lester completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 2008 to 2010. Rob then went on to pursue a Master of Public Policy at UCLA from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Public Policy.
