Ajay Yadav has a diverse range of work experience. Ajay started their career as a Quality Control Engineer at Brahma Auto Industries Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for inspection and preparing CAPA reports. Ajay then moved on to Olympia Industries Ltd., where they worked as an Operation Engineer, handling warehouse operations, inventory management, and team leadership. Later, Ajay joined Bo International as an E-Commerce Operations Executive, managing operational work for multiple countries and platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Ajay then worked at Bisleri International Pvt Ltd as an E-Commerce Operations Executive, focusing on the North Zone. Currently, they are in the role of International Operations at Mensa Brands.

Ajay Yadav completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management & Decision sciences from Delhi University between 2022 and 2024. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University from 2012 to 2016. In their secondary education, they studied 12th grade at D.A.V. Public School in India starting from 2012 with an unspecified end year. Additionally, they completed their 10th grade at D.A.V. Public School in India in 2010.
