Schroeder Stribling is an accomplished leader in the mental health field, currently serving as President and CEO of Mental Health America since June 2021. Prior to this role, Stribling held various positions at N Street Village from September 2003 to June 2021, including CEO, Executive Director, and Program Director. Stribling's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Social Worker at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and as a Clinical Social Worker at Suburban Hospital. Stribling began a career foundation as a Program Coordinator at Wellesley College, developing an innovative peer education program focusing on substance abuse and mental health for young adult women. Educational achievements include a BA in Political Science from Wellesley College, an MSW from Smith College, and an Executive Certificate in Non-Profit Leadership and Management from Georgetown University.
