Sarah Spiewak

Sarah Spiewak is an Intensive Outpatient Therapist at Mental Health America of Indiana since June 2021. Before this role, Sarah worked as a Home Based Therapist at Lifeline Youth & Family Services from 2019 to 2021 and as a Juvenile Probation Therapist at TRANSITIONS ACADEMY OF INDIANA from 2018 to 2019. Sarah also has experience as a Home Based Therapist at Thresholds in 2017, focusing on community mental health and inpatient stay reduction related to SMI, addiction, and homelessness. Sarah holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Mental Health and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
