Disaster Response Crisis Counselor at Mental Health Association in New Jersey

David Ruditsky, M.A, CPM, DRCC, holds extensive experience in law enforcement, emergency response, and crisis counseling. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Monmouth County Sheriff's Office, David specializes in emergency medical response and vehicle operations. Additionally, David works with the New Jersey DHS Disaster and Terrorism Branch as a Disaster Response Crisis Counselor, providing mental health support to emergency responders. As an Assessment Team Leader for the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police and a Patrol Supervisor at Marlboro Township Police Department, David also has a strong background in crash reconstruction and forensic photography. David’s commitment to public service extends to a long-standing role as a Fire Fighter and EMT, recently serving as Captain at the Robertsville Volunteer Fire Company. David holds a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from Boston University and a Certified Public Manager credential in Business Administration from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
