Elizabeth Davey is a highly experienced barrister currently self-employed since July 2006. Present roles include serving as a Board Member at Oberstown Children Detention Campus and as a Tribunal Member for the Criminal Injuries Compensation Tribunal, both beginning in 2022 and 2021 respectively. Additionally, Elizabeth holds the position of Legal Counsel for the Farrelly Commission of Investigation and Chairperson of the Mental Health Tribunal for the Mental Health Commission IRL. Other notable experience includes tutoring at The Honorable Society of King's Inns since 2010 and previously lecturing at the Law Society of Ireland. Educational qualifications include a Barrister at Law degree from The Honorable Society of King's Inns, an M.A. in Criminology from Technological University Dublin, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Galway, along with additional diplomas in Business Studies and Economics and Legal Science.
