Ashley Lewis, LMSW, has a diverse work experience in the field of mental health and social work. Ashley is currently working as a Mental Health Specialist, Correctional Services at Mental Health Cooperative since July 2021. Previously, they served as a School-Based Therapist at Centerstone from August 2020 to April 2021. Prior to that, they were a Clinical Social Work Intern at Skyline Medical Center from August 2019 to April 2020. Ashley also worked as a Behavior Coach at Centerstone from August 2018 to May 2019. Ashley gained experience as a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp Whippoorwill Farm Day Camp from May 2014 to August 2018. Additionally, they interned as a Social Worker at Davidson County Mental Health Court & Veteran's Court from January 2018 to April 2018, and at Monroe Harding, Inc from August 2017 to December 2017. Ashley started their career at Coleman Park Community Center as a Federal Student Worker through the CASTLES Program from August 2013 to May 2014.

Ashley Lewis, LMSW, received their Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Social Work degree at Belmont University from 2013 to 2018. Ashley has also obtained various additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Ashley obtained a license as a Licensed Master Social Worker from the Tennessee Department of Health in October 2021. In October 2017, they completed the QPR Gatekeeper program for suicide prevention. Additionally, they obtained certification as a BLS CPR/AED First Aid Provider from the American Heart Association in April 2017.
